Questions about our services and the industries we serve
We begin by identifying the best market opportunities and evaluating your current strengths and gaps. Then we work with you to build a clear growth plan with prioritised initiatives, timelines, and KPIs. We also stay involved during delivery by setting up governance, monitoring progress against targets, and refining the approach as needed to achieve lasting results.
CCB Consulting goes beyond simply converting processes to digital formats. The firm assists companies in reimagining their core value offerings for the digital age through several key approaches: creating business models that prioritize digital channels, enhancing employee capabilities, and implementing suitable technological solutions. The company employs a structured change-management approach to facilitate seamless transitions and cultivate an organizational culture that embraces agility and data-informed decision-making.
We work alongside your team as a true extension of it, with close collaboration, clear communication, and shared responsibility for results. We fit into your ways of working and culture so the partnership feels aligned, practical, and trusted.
We mainly work with UK SMEs, especially growth-focused businesses that want to scale, improve performance, or navigate change. We also support startups and larger organisations when there’s a strong fit and a clear need for our expertise.
Timelines vary depending on the project scope and complexity. Some engagements may last a few weeks for focused initiatives, while others may extend over several months for comprehensive transformation programs. We always define timelines clearly during the proposal stage.
We do both. We can advise, design the strategy or target model, and also help you implement it. That includes implementing the strategies we create, setting up governance and KPIs, running pilots, supporting adoption, and tracking benefits until the new approach is stable. We also provide change management support and training, so teams build the skills and routines needed to sustain improvements after the engagement.
We work across a broad spectrum of industries, including Construction and Real Estate, Consumer and Retail, Professional and Business Services, Transportation and Logistics and more (Industries we serve page). We can also provide services for other industries under specific circumstances, especially when our expertise and methodologies align with the unique needs of the client.
Our strategies are carefully adapted to the nuances of each industry. In professional services, we prioritize client relationship optimization and operational excellence; in the customer sector, we focus on personalized engagement and brand loyalty; while in retail and tourism, we emphasize experience design, digital integration, and market responsiveness. Each solution is grounded in sector-specific realities.
Absolutely. We combine hands-on experience with in-depth market research to bring actionable insights and frameworks that have delivered measurable results across various sectors. Our consultants stay informed through continuous learning, industry networks, and collaboration with subject matter experts.
CCB Consulting bridges the gap between concept and commercialisation. Consultants establish clear innovation processes and governance frameworks, guiding teams through project planning, process optimisation, technology integration and change management. This support turns ideas into measurable market outcomes
Questions about management consulting
Management consulting is a professional service where experienced consultants work with company leaders to help solve business challenges and improve performance. This may involve identifying problems in areas like strategy, operations, or organizational structure, designing tailored solutions, guiding implementation, and helping teams build the skills needed to maintain long-term improvements.
Consulting can provide a fresh, objective perspective on your business, helping uncover underlying issues and identify improvement opportunities. It offers access to specialized knowledge and methods that can accelerate change, reduce risk, and support better decision-making. Consultants can also help your team build capabilities and adopt best practices used by other successful organizations.
Companies often turn to consultants during times of major change, such as entering a new market, going through a digital transformation, or restructuring. Consultants are also useful when performance is declining, specific expertise is needed, or leadership teams are too stretched to lead major initiatives on their own.
A consulting project usually begins with defining the goals and scope. This is followed by a discovery phase where data is gathered and challenges are analyzed. Based on findings, consultants develop recommendations and help implement them if needed. The project wraps up with progress tracking and knowledge transfer to ensure the client can continue moving forward independently.
Success is typically measured through improvements in financial performance, operational efficiency, or other business indicators. Consultants also track project milestones, adoption of changes within the organization, and whether the client continues to benefit from the changes after the engagement ends.
Client information is protected through confidentiality agreements and secure data handling practices. This includes using safe methods for storing and sharing files, following data privacy regulations, and ensuring that only authorized people have access to sensitive information.
Questions about our referral program
Our referral program is open to everyone – individuals, business professionals, and companies. Whether you’re a current client, industry contact, or simply know a business that could benefit from management consulting, you can participate and earn rewards.
A referral is considered “qualified” if:
- They are not an existing or past client.
- They haven’t been referred by someone else in the past 6 months.
- Their details are submitted via our official form, with their permission.
Our team will reach out to the referred business to schedule a discovery call. We’ll assess their needs and determine if there’s a good fit for our services. You’ll be kept informed throughout the process.
This is designed for businesses whose services complement ours. Instead of just earning a commission, we can collaborate on delivering consulting services together, sharing both responsibilities and profits from the engagement. Webpage: Parter with us
Our commission ranges from 5% to 15% of Gross Revenue. The exact percentage is determined collaboratively and transparently before we engage the client, based on project scope, complexity, and strategic value.
Commission is paid after the referred business becomes a client, signs an agreement, and we receive payment from them. You’ll be paid within 30 days after the project is completed and we’ve received full payment from the client. Payments are usually made in GBP via bank transfer.
No, there’s no limit. You can refer as many qualified businesses as you’d like. Each successful referral that converts to a paying client will earn you a commission.

Questions about our partnership program
Prospective partners should complete the Partnership Program form on our ‘Partner with us’ page. Provide details about your company, services and desired collaboration. Our team reviews each request individually and will contact you if there’s a good fit.
Partners gain access to our established client base, collaborative project opportunities, shared resources, and the ability to work on larger, more complex engagements. It’s an opportunity to expand your reach while contributing to high-impact consulting and implementation solutions.
We review each partnership inquiry individually to ensure the best possible fit. While timelines vary depending on current needs and alignment, we aim to respond to all serious inquiries within 1 – 2 weeks and will keep you informed throughout the evaluation process.
No, there is no joining fee. Any commercial terms (fees, revenue share, etc.) are agreed on a project-by-project basis.
We believe in true collaboration, which means providing partners with the resources, information, and support needed to deliver exceptional results together. Specific support structures are discussed and established based on the type of partnership and project requirements.
For co-delivery, subcontracting, or joint projects, the commercial terms, responsibilities, and payment schedules are set out in the project-specific agreement or statement of work.
Yes — joining the program does not affect your existing client relationships. However, clients introduced by CCB Consulting are subject to the non-solicitation and non-circumvention clause.
